**Job Title: Front Desk Reception cum Office Assistant**

**Job Type**:Full-time/Part-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist guests and distribute to the respective departments such as CEO’s.
- Serving tea or coffee for the guests.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Office Support Duties**:

- Help maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Maintain the offices clean and tidy
- Support update of the orders or handling products in office such as coffee and tea.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist/ office girl or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment with standard working hours.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility in hours.

**Salary Offer**:
Base on the working experience

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
