Administrative & Account Assistant

We are hiring for a ( Male ) **Administrative & Account Assistant** to perform the following duties:
1. Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Handle routine accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and processing expense reports.
3. Creating and maintaining financial reports, assisting in budget preparation, forecasting financials, reconciling accounts, and preparing invoices.
4. Creating, Maintaining and entering information into the Database.
5. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank statements with internal records.
6. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
7. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
8. Perform receptionist duties when needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with relevant UAE laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting.
4. Great communication skills.
5. Available to join immediately
**Benefits**: Work Visa can be provided.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
