HR & Admin Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Process all visas and EID in coordination with the HR Administrator.
- Maintains an accurate filing system and all documentation and updating all docu
- ments as soft and hard copy.
- Takes care of employees' files and updates the documents and details in physical
files and olive on time and always maintaining HR files up to date.
- Communicate with labor accommodation for entry and exit of labor, maintains an
updated list in the HR database and monitor the services provided.
- Updates information of employees in the HR database daily and monitors any ex
- piries of visas, labor cards, passports, and licenses.
- Gives monthly report on the expiration dates of all documents to be renewed.
- Opens and deactivates Al Ahaliya accounts for employees when needed.
- Works on online platforms for labour, immigration, and RTA, and any other platform
in UAE as required.
- Works on all visa, Emirates ID Cards, and immigration-related matters in the UAE.
- Works on addition and deletion of employee in health insurance,GLP and WC.
- Arranges visa and Labour Card renewal and new packs with all documentations
and receipts every week.
- Prepares undertaking letters as required along with compiling the required docu
- mentation.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
