We are looking for a _Head of Strategic Growth - MENA_ who shares our passion for changing the way the executives of today (and tomorrow) solve for their most complex problems. We see the challenges executives and their teams face into - decision makers need to be able to understand their environment clearly and comprehensively to make informed decisions. We see the models traditional consulting businesses promote (once upon a time, that was us) and we know that these are not sustainable options for businesses to move through the full spectrum of strategy realisation. We have a genuine ambition to change this world and equip leaders with a way that they can understand their context, execute their strategy, communicate direction and sustain their business.

We need somebody who really understands our value proposition and take a hands-on approach toward building a sustainable growth model for the region, leading MENA sales efforts across both public and private sectors. **What You'll Do**:

- Work proactively to identify new and prospective partners in your territory: you’ll build meaningful and durable revenue-generating relationships with key stakeholders striking a balance between customer acquisition, retention, longer-term strategic brand building activities, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
- You’ll lead execution and strategy for full-cycle Sales efforts across ANZ, working to change the experience of leadership across our target markets. This means taking full ownership of the revenue target and growth KPI’s (for new and existing clients) experimenting with new, innovative growth tactics such as affiliate, partnerships, referral and more in search of scalable sources of customer growth within the region to achieve this.
- Strategically navigate your market’s unique buying landscape; you’ll research, roadmap, and use your strong analytical skills to build compelling, value propositions and business cases for our services and product lines, translating this into a meaningful narrative on how we help clients to assess and solve problems in the context of their ecosystem.
- Act as a thought partner to prospective clients; you’ll educate, consult, and work strategically to develop plans and find funding mechanisms within your market.
- Champion our vision, product and services lines, leading local marketing campaigns, speaking at conferences, and providing consistent thought leadership in the strategy realisation space. Our audience require depth of understanding in the domain (in strategy) in order to build credibility and trust in our capability and brand
- Establish revenue-generating partnerships with a diverse group of prospective clients, from government to private-sector business leaders, and demonstrate our value proposition across a range of verticals.
- Lead category and industry mapping for your region to understand relevant market, product, and pricing trends, and turning key insights into actionable recommendations for growth strategy.
- Mature sales capability within the business, in time building a team and network that can sustain the region, and expand into other regions
- Leading strategic customer engagements - including managing clients and our team to deliver the right outcome for clients and address issues where driving change is critical to successful realization of goals

**Who You Are**:
The ideal person is passionate about the intersection of Strategy, Business Design and Delivery. You have strong experience in working within complex organisations and can roll up your sleeves and take on the challenge to sell and solve key organizational problems at strategic level. You love building networks to unlock opportunities, inspire others, and create impact. You know how to close the deal, mobilize the team, and get things done. You’re guided by your business sense and your people sense, and you know how to make decisions that are good for us and the client. Balancing multiple projects and prioritizing your time comes naturally to you. Ideally, applicants will have former experience as a partner level Strategy Consultant, and be comfortable delving into detail, and operating independently when there are constraints.
