- _Develop and implement customer experience strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention._
- _Monitor and analyze customer feedback, satisfaction scores, and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to exceed customer expectations._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align customer experience efforts with business goals and objectives._
- _Implement customer feedback mechanisms, such as surveys, focus groups, and customer advisory boards, to gather insights and feedback._
- _Train and coach employees on customer service best practices and standards._

**_ Job Requirements:_**
- _Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field._
- _Proven experience in customer experience, customer service, or related roles._
- _Strong knowledge of customer experience principles, practices, and trends._
- _Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills._
- _Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills._
