We are looking for a highly accomplished and results-oriented Senior Client Services Manager to spearhead our client engagement and growth initiatives.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Identifying and managing company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintaining client activities in CRM.
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
- Developing rapport with key decision makers.
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.

**What will you be doing day-to-day?**
- Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue.
- Manage members of the business development team.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Monitor industry news and developments to stay up to date on potential opportunities.
- Lead negotiation with potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

**What kind of person are you?**
- You have an outstanding track record in Business Development within luxury retail.
- You have 8 plus years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the GCC.
- You must be able to read, write and speak Arabic fluently.
- Event Industry Experience (e.g. Brand Experience Agency, Contractor / Fit Out, Consultancy, etc)
- Solid understanding of the marketplace on all fronts, (clients - brand and government side, agencies and supporting key players).
- Experienced in the full spectrum of client services, on the phone and face-to-face.
- You are highly organised with excellent administration skills and flawless attention to detail.
- You take pride in your work and are thorough.
- You are unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure.
- You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- You are a quick learner, willing to grow and develop.
- You are willing to seize responsibility.
- You are great with people at all levels.
- You are a confident and engaging communicator and exceptional relationship builder.
- You are self-motivated and can work effectively as part of a team.
- You are enthusiastic and contribute genuinely to the DLE culture and good team atmosphere.
