HR Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits documentation.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Support payroll processing, including gathering timesheets, verifying hours worked, and coordinating with the payroll department.
- Assist with employee performance evaluations and maintain performance-related records.
- Organize HR-related training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection in handling sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and cross-functional departments to support HR initiatives and projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR software systems and HR-related regulations and compliance.
