We have an ongoing need to fill this role:
- HR Administrator / HR Advisor
The role of an HR Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department whether in-house or to our clients.
This includes handling various HR-related tasks and ensuring the smooth running of HR processes within an organization. Some of the key responsibilities may include:
1. **Maintaining employee records**: This involves accurately updating and organizing employee information such as personal details, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
2. **Recruitment and onboarding**: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Also, helping new employees with the onboarding process by providing necessary documentation, setting up their profiles, and conducting orientation sessions.
3. **HR policies and procedures**: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and communicating these policies to employees.
4. **Benefits administration**: Provide support in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. This includes processing benefit enrollments, answering employee inquiries, and liaising with benefit providers.
5. **Employee relations**: Assisting with employee relations matters, including addressing employee queries and concerns, conducting exit interviews, and maintaining positive relationships between employees and management.
6. **HR reporting**: Preparing HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and performance metrics, to provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
7. **HR software and systems**: Utilizing HR software and systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
8. **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as employment laws, data protection regulations, and health and safety standards.
