**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
3. Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.
4. HR Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
5. Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts, maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support the organization of employee engagement initiatives and events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- At least 2,3 Years experience ( India)
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
