**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Top Management.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, memos, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

**Office Operations**:

- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance; reorder supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with external partners, clients, and visitors, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Manage and maintain databases, records, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

**Support to Senior Management**:

- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Assistance with HR Functions**:

- Support HR in the onboarding process of new employees.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and files.
- Execute and assist in PRO services.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or Accountant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
