Job Title: Secretary (Admin, Accounts, and HR)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1-2 Years
**Salary**: 3,000 to 4,000
Gender: Female
Nationality: Any
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice management, expense reporting, and record-keeping.
- Conducts meticulous bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining records, payroll and tracking attendance.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Visit and Process banking and WPS related works.
- Raising invoices and following up with client on payments
- Maintain records of office documents.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational needs
Qualifications:
- Female
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of accounts and HR processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role within a corporate setting.
