**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Support**:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving issues.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office organization and orderliness.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai.
- Hold a valid sponsored UAE visa, including options such as Family Visa, Freelance Visa, or Husband/Spouse Visa.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
