**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized and prioritized.
- Coordinate and arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Research and gather information for meetings, presentations, and reports as requested by the CEO.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring all action items are recorded and followed up on.
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed to support the CEO in their role.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary processes for closing deals.
- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are properly organized and coordinated.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs on various topics to support the CEO in decision-making.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry to generate leads and referrals.
- Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
- Research and analyze market trends and property values to provide accurate information to clients.
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and negotiations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software and technology.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
