Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The Executive Assistant will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO’s working life and communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements on the CEO’s behalf;
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system;
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders;
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority and identify the purpose of their visit;
- Organize and attend meetings and if needed write minutes of meetings;
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Communicate and liaise with clients, suppliers and other internal stakeholders;
- Carry out specific projects, background research and present findings;
- Responsible of a petty cash and some minor accounting duties;
- Lead admin team for general services such as office maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Flexibility and adaptability with working hours.
- Confident, mature and strong communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Data base systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED18,000.00 per month
