- Responsible for coordination, completion, or delegation of all elements relating to successful sales, including but not limited to product, design services, order entry, acknowledgement verification, order expediting, logistics, installation services, invoicing and collection.
- Ensures team’s and member’s compliance to company policies and that erring Associates are disciplined.
- Assign or delegate tasks to members of the team who can help the team carry out operational responsibilities & especially during operational exigencies.
- Monitoring all assets issued by the company such as, but not limited to, Vaults, computers and its accessories, vehicles etc.
- Awareness of operational policies and guidelines set by the company. Team Head is responsible in making sure that all members are strictly implementing the policies, procedures and directive set by the top management.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of 4 year course in Business Management or in any other related fields.
- At least 4 years of working experience in handling operations.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Willing to train, coach, supervise and motivate the team.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Courier, Cargo and Money Remittance: 4 years (required)
- Team leading: 4 years (required)
