**Responsibilities**:

- **Butchery Leadership**: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the butchery section, ensuring the highest standards of meat preparation and display.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain strict quality control measures to guarantee the freshness, safety, and excellence of all meat products.
- **Inventory Management**: Effectively manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal availability of products.
- **Staff Training and Development**: Train, mentor, and lead a team of butchers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to provide product information, offer recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Butcher with a background in both retail and restaurant settings.
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat, butchery techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a food-related environment.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
