**Job Summary**:
To achieve targeted sales revenue and turnover for all the boutiques, by maintaining and enhancing a high customer enchantment standard and driving team performance through continuous motivation and strategic sales planning.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales targets and KPIs across Mouawad boutiques in all the areas covering GCC, Europe, and Asia region.
- Create a vision for the sales department and execute it by giving clear instructions to the Boutiques Managers/Country Managers and follow up on a thoroughly designed plan for the coming 1 year, 3 years and 5 years.
- Direct and lead the Boutique Managers/Country Managers and department heads to achieve quarterly and yearly sales objectives as established in the Company Strategic Plan.
- Suggest, monitor, and control sales margins and discounts and ensure the profitability of all Mouawad boutiques.
- Integrate and align sales plans with the available processes and resources, IT systems (AX, Salesforce, BI) to increase the capability and efficiency of the sales team.
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining a focus on the company’s strategic goals and customer enchantment standard.
- Prepare a monthly report to General Manager and Co-Guardians on the monthly sales by items category and highlight any observations made.
- Analyze sales statistics and KPIs to determine any business growth potential and keep the management up to date on any sales leads or potential locations.
- Use the data provided to deliver the best options that facilitate decision-making.
- Keep on providing new ideas to enhance the company’s processes and entice your teams to do the same.
- Update the company on any sales trends within the different markets and allow the organization to make and adjust plans and tactics accordingly.
- Recruit, lead, and influence a successful and experienced team of boutique managers and department heads, continuously assess their performance and make hiring/firing decisions when needed.
- Effectively manage every element/step of the sales process on an individual level and build a top-notch sales team, with impeccable customer service and after-sales.
- Build and update the sales department's “SOP’s and policies” and communicate clearly to all the retail staff by reducing exceptions to the minimum.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising and marketing teams on developing new product lines.
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and dead stock/slow-moving items are depleted in all boutiques.
- Facilitate feedback to the management regarding retail needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs.
- Provide inputs to HR to identify and reward star performers through the _CIF System/Check-IN_ and develop a career/succession planning inside every boutique.
- Attract, retain, and train a diverse sales team and keep visiting the boutiques and motivating staff.
- Reinforce training and assure they are well utilized at the Boutique level and communicate any further training needs to HR.
- Function as the critical link between the retail sales team and other departments and provide the retail team with all necessary tools/inputs/guidelines and convey any necessary feedback from the market (internal & competitive).
- Monitor staffing in all the Mouawad boutiques with regards to having the right number of manpower, staff roster maintenance, tracking staff productivity, and ensuring staff discipline in coordination with the Boutique managers.
- Propose and monitor a successful and motivating incentives plan to all the stakeholders, on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Monitor the ‘Customer Enchantment’ standards across all the boutiques to ensure a consistent look and feel of all the brands.
- Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key clients, by continuous follow-up and cold calls.
