**Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently manage purchase orders and vendor communications.

2. Prepare and send client quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

3. Maintain organized documentation and assist in report preparation.

4. Provide general administrative support and coordinate office activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in purchase order management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attributes:

- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Sharjah (required)
