**Job Title**: HR Executive
**Reports to**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operations Officer (COO)
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Executive to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall work environment. This is a senior leadership role that requires a deep understanding of HR principles, business acumen, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- **HR Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.
- **Employee Engagement**: Design and implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and morale.
- **Talent Management**: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- **Employee Relations**: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employment-related issues, including conflicts, performance issues, and investigations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and equal employment opportunity laws.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings.
- **Communications**: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and initiatives.
- **Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
- **Partnership**: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with HR initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- **Certifications**: SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- **Knowledge**:
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Understanding of business operations and financial management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
