**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative, efficient, and driven team?

As the HR BP, you will be entrusted to effectively influence, support and co-create the goals and strategies of the business: short and longer-term horizons with respect to all facets of HR. You will also need to ensure the development of a Performance Driven culture in the organization

Major/Key Accountabilities
- To develop strategic organisational framework to ensure the attraction, the development, and the retention of top talent
- To manage all admin and operational HR activities while driving the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services in order to enable efficiencies across all HR pillars ensuring a strong EVP in place to attract and retain key talents
- To coordinate with Brambles HR teams, Regional HR teams and HR Center of Expertise to deploy HR initiatives in line with our Global HR Strategy
- To plan and develop succession pipeline and talent management frameworks to ensure the development of key talents and their readiness
- To oversee the optimising performance management system and ensure the roll-out of employee development plans across the country spectrum
- To partner with the rewards team on compensation and benefits activities such as annual bonus, increments cycle, promotions, pay ranges, medical insurance schemes, etc.
- To conceptualize, facilitate and implement learning and development plans for all employees with the support of the L&D team in order to optimize employee engagement
- To manage the workforce planning and budgeting activities with functional heads while ensuring a fit-for-purpose organisation structure is in place to deliver business objectives
- To partner with managers and the Middle East Leadership Team (MELT) to create growth opportunities for top talent in the organization
- To develop and update HR policies, processes, and documents, and ensure they are effectively implemented and communicated to all employees in a timely manner
- To deliver CHEP Saudization program to ensure a healthy pipeline of local talent in compliance to local requirements while maintaining our Nitaqat rate within the Platinum range
- To design and implement on-boarding policy across Middle East including documentation for Brambles Code of Conduct, safety and other statutory documents
- To develop our Employer Branding internally and externally showcasing our EVP
- To advocate employee welfare and wellbeing initiatives including medical and accident insurance
- Leverage data analytics by identifying the right metrics that delivers organizational insights and provide recommendations in order to support the business in making proper decisions
- To follow statutory labour laws, annexures and procedures at all CHEP locations including service centres
- To handle employee relations matters and manage effective grievance redressal
- To be a part of the Middle East Leadership Team (MELT) and to be actively involved in all management communications and decisions by providing them with sound advise and counselling on HR related matters.
