Administrative/ Personal Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing customer inquiries.
- Maintain financial records and process invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Provide secretarial support, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assists in preparing orders, and shipments.
- Performs standard administrative functions such as screening telephone calls, opening mail, responding to inquiries through different platforms.
- Assists in salon operations.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or training
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Familiar with standard business concepts, practices & procedures within administrative support.
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient in organizational operations & procedures, and office management systems

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
