Administrative Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. Contribute to developing company administrative management systems and enhancing the office management framework.
2. Responsible for overseeing the daily administrative management of the company.
3. Manage administrative budgets, procurement, and control of various administrative expenditures.
4. Maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers, property management, and other partners.
5. Assist the CEO in handling external contacts and communications and maintaining important relationships.
6. Manage the CEO’s daily affairs, including scheduling, personal life matters, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
7. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
8. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and events for the CEO.
9. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all communications and documents.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in administrative management, and proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and coordination skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Flexible, adaptable, with good communication and expression skills, and a strong sense of professional ethics and confidentiality.
4. Possession of a UAE driver’s license.
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
