Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking to a hire an organized and detail-oriented Admin to support our team and ensure efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Taking general inquiries such as client orders of **flower arrangements**, **events inquiries** and **gift arrangements** via whatsapp or calls.
- Adding sales to the POS system and keeping control on the workorders.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support team members with daily tasks.
- **Assist in event planning for small scale inquiries.**
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Have a knowledge about the POS system.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Background of working in floral studio or Event planing is a plus
**Work Environment**:
The administrative assistant will work in an office environment and may be required to assist with various tasks across different departments. Flexibility and adaptability are key in this dynamic setting.
Working hours from 10am to 7pm, 6 days a week.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
