**Position**: Senior Administrative/Accounting Professional

**Location**: Dubai

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Administration: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records, including invoices, receipts, contracts, and financial reports.
- Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships to ensure the success of various events.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Event Management Support: If you have experience in the event industry, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of a wide range of exciting events.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 4 years** of relevant UAE-based experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Experience with Zoho.**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the event industry is a significant plus.
