**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Handle all general administrative tasks including answering calls, managing office supplies, and coordinating internal communications.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation, ensuring that all files are organized and easily accessible.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees and guests.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and other internal processes.

**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions such as processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchase orders, expenses, and income.
- Assist with employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with the external auditors for financial audits.
- Ensure that financial records comply with legal and company requirements.
- Handle petty cash, manage and record expenses accurately.

**General Duties**:

- Support other departments with various tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (administrative and accounting experience preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with **accounting software** (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or any other ERP system).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations (preferred).

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Location**: Must be based in Dubai.
- **Language**: Fluent in **English**.
- **Work Ethic**: Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
