- Successful experience as Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Receive and filter incoming calls and take message appropriately.
- Organize, attend meetings, transcribe minutes, distribute and follow up on action items and compile.
- Handling confidential documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task.
- Reliable and highly motivated individual
- Will provide support and carry task as General Manager's secretary.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
