**Office Secretary / Manager Assistant**

IMXPOWER is a general trading company which is based in Dubai, UAE and active in export/import sector. We are looking for Office Secretary / Manager Assistant to join our team.

Key Activities:

- Document Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of various documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure that all documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute action items. Assist in setting up meeting rooms with necessary materials and technology.
- Financial Support: Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Hiring Platform Management: Post job openings on relevant hiring platforms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and optimizing job descriptions for maximum visibility.
