**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences for the CEO and the group of companies, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and other senior executives.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs for executive meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support in the planning and management of corporate events, including stakeholder meetings, press conferences, and other special functions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive or CEO Secretary, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (and [Insert Local Language], if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
