Personal Secretary to CEO Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Organize events and other functions as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior executive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Language**:
