Executive Secretary & office Manager to CEO
responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling confidential information, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in both Arabic and English.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are well-planned and executed.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, providing a professional and courteous response.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role supporting top-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
