**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to MD, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication between departments.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Manage personal errands and tasks as requested by the executive.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships on behalf of the executive.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a _**personal secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role**_.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
