Our technicians have extensive knowledge and experience with all heavy equipment vehicle models. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary MHG in Dubai. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative assistance,executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support the daily operations of the company.Effective communication skills will be essential in coordinating with different stakeholders. Qualifications Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills Clerical skills, including record-keeping reorganizing Executive Administrative Assistance skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and Accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
