We are seeking a highly motivated Manager cum Personal Secretary for Oxford Management Consultancy LTD - Dubai Branch.

Location: Dubai

Position: Manager cum Personal Secretary

**Salary**: AED 4,000.00 - AED 5,000 per month

Overview:
The Manager cum Personal Secretary will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our office and providing high-level support to the executive team. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels at managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations and manage executive schedules.
- Safeguard and manage important documents and confidential items.
- Provide personal support to executives and handle confidential tasks.
- Ensure efficient office operations and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and archive documents for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Perform or review bank account reconciliations and report to senior accountants.
- Assist in preparing billing invoices and prioritizing payment of outstanding invoices.
- Post daily receipts.
- Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

- Presentable and professional demeanor with a pleasing personality.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and discreet in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- secretary: 1 year (preferred)
