**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and discreet Personal Secretary to provide administrative support to the MD of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement administrative processes

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in computers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills spoken and written
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
