**Job Title**: Personal Secretary to Life Coach/Mentor

**Job Summary**:
As the Personal Secretary to our esteemed Life Coach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their professional and personal affairs. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, coordinating communications, and providing essential support to optimize the life coach's productivity and effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, handling phone calls, organizing files, and maintaining records.

2. **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate the life coach's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations with clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

4. **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, seminars, workshops, and personal engagements.

5. **Client Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

6. **Document Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

7. **Project Coordination**: Manage various projects and initiatives on behalf of the life coach, coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources as needed.

8. **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, respecting the privacy and trust of clients and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or administrative assistant, preferably in a similar capacity.

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

4. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software and online communication tools.

5. Discretion and integrity, with a high level of confidentiality and respect for privacy.

6. Adaptability and resourcefulness, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience and skills will be considered.

**Working Conditions**:
This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate the life coach's schedule or special events. The secretary may also need to travel occasionally for business purposes.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
