Job Description:
- The role is more of a system admin, ensuring data validation, security, and accuracy.
- Responsible in supporting the Senior Payroll Specialist & the HCM Analyst within the HR Team.
- Supporting all the operational tasks for attendance and leave management, assisting in Payroll processing, Medical Insurance and preparing different types of letters (NOC, Salary Certificate, etc.) for our employees and passport handling and issuing when required.
- Supporting the maintenance of the HCM system, updating all the ad-hoc organizational changes regularly, and ensuring 100% employees data accuracy.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Science
Computer Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word.
**Experience**:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in HR systems and technology.
- Min 2-4 years of Experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in handling large amounts of data with high level of confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of HCM database design, structure, functions, and processes.
- Prior experience in configuring and implementing HR modules.
