PXGEO is looking to hire an HR Administrator to join its team. As an HR Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees' satisfaction by managing HR duties and tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, compliance, etc. You will work collaboratively with other HR team members to provide support and guidance on employee-related matters. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes, including the preparation of employment contracts and new hire paperwork.
- Create new employee files, ensure they contain all relevant and required forms and documents.
- Coordinate with PRO for all government related request and issues.
- Administer and process inbound paperwork received from the employee.
- Provides HR guidance for queries received in the HR Helpdesk mailbox, covering aspects of the employee lifecycle and PXGEO procedures.
- Responsible for reassigning complex cases to the appropriate HR Subject Matter experts to ensure rapid resolution or escalate issues to the management team as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Process salary letters, confirmation letters, business letters and NOC's requested by the employee.
- Provide other HR administrative support to members of the HR team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software and database management.
- Ability to work under pressure and with confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations.
