This position sits within our Bedbank unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Dubai and who will be a key to and further grow the new client segments as well as existing client types, ensuring diversification of customer income. In this role you will be able to approach and determine new clients proactively and grow current company portfolio.

This role reports into the Regional Manager, who oversees the region. The role will have intercompany touchpoints, mostly with the technical teams. There will not be any direct reports

Accountabilities:

- The main role is to develop and deliver new business opportunities, being in charge of acquisition and development of potential clients.
- Acquisition of targeted clients by contacting existing leads and new leads according to road map.
- Follow up new accounts to meet sales targets, in the initial period.
- Manage sales activities, through visitation, calling potentials and using the Salesforce CRM system as the main hub for information.

**Skills**:

- Overall deep technical and commercial business knowledge:

- Commercial wise: strong knowledge of business; Good knowledge of specific client needs and main characteristics, for B2B, B2C clients, as well as new segment clients. Able to determine and select potential clients.
- Technically: knowledge of all the existing technical solutions within the company to be able to offer the best tailor-made solution adapting to the client needs.
- Understand the wider landscape and see potential beyond the direct industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus (Arabic).
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business requirements.
- Strong relationship-development skills resulting in long term, mutually beneficial client relationships.
**Experience**:

- Strong API knowledge.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track of successful deals
- Industry (bedbank) background is an advantage
