Primary Job Responsibilities

- Develop value propositions for joint projects and sales between Artificial lift and Chemical Technologies
- Builds key business targets, initiatives and plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product leaders to identify strategies targeting growth across the different business lines.
- Communication with appropriate stakeholder groups.
- Facilitation of a One Team approach across ChampionX.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Development of strategy and execution against targets/new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Leads new growth and product ideas; and special projects that have cross regional or cross business implications. Predominant focus will be MENA NOC’s.
- Develops processes and procedures to understand competition and input to market lead pricing propositions for designated areas.
- Advises and consults with internal business partners on business development initiatives and plans for Artificial lift and Chemicals projects.
- Take full control of Salesforce for all better together opportunities and verify their proper documentation in the system. Ensure sales pyramid populated for PCT better together opportunities.
- Prepares a periodic report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion, using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Presents business development reports to corporate leadership.
- Works with executive management to develop annual operational and financial budgets as they relate to organizational objectives.
- Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Drives and contributes to the company’s continuous improvement culture.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters.

Specific Additions to Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

- Demonstrates accountability: This position will likely require orchestrating sales efforts of many individuals across the organization to build relationships with key decision makers and influencers. However, it is very important that the person be willing to be fully accountable for the execution of the joint selling plan.
- Build Internal Networks and Collaborative Relationships: The assigned accounts will be large and complex and will require strong internal relationships to ensure a consistent and collaborative pursuit effort. The individual in this role will need to utilize their relationships to influence colleagues to positively contribute to the pursuit effort. This will require the ability to direct work in a matrix environment and influence without authority.
- Develop & Grow Business: Customer relationships are often the most important factor of business growth; this individual must develop and execute a customer relationship plan for each assigned account that ensures strong customer relationships across layers and levels of the customer organization. Identifies influencers and decision makers within the customer organization for assigned existing and target business. Documents relationship gaps and develops a plan of action utilizing internal resources to address these gaps. Utilizes Opportunity Playbooks to drive targeted growth.
- Identifies Service and Technology Gaps and Stewards Solutions: Through an effective counselor selling approach, utilizes customer feedback to identify customer needs and evaluate against Better Together capabilities. Works with local and corporate resources to develop a plan to mitigate or close service and/or technology gaps.

- Based in Dubai, UAE or any location the company operates in (or as required).
- Work normally is executed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
- Work may require visits to customer field locations in a variety of weather and temperature conditions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent. Preferably with an MBA.
- 10-15 years of industry experience, preferably in sales and leadership roles.
- Experience working in the MENA Region with wide NOC-related experience.
- Command of the English language, other languages preferable.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient Technical writing skills.
