Our client a prominent player in the technology field is looking for an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager with a focus on technology to join their team in Dubai. This role presents an opportunity to lead and expand the company s channel sales operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Onboard new partners provide training and support and ensure they meet performance goals.
  • Identify and pursue new channel opportunities and markets to enhance the companys reach.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics and report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Address and resolve any issues that partners face ensuring a smooth and effective partnership.


Requirements
  • Proven track record in channel sales management within the technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth understanding of technology products and market trends.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field. MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with channel sales processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience working in the UAE market is highly desirable.
