Channel Sales Director

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our channel sales operations in Dubai. This role presents an opportunity to build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Onboard new partners, provide training and support, and ensure they meet performance goals.
- Identify and pursue new channel opportunities and markets to enhance our company's reach.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Address and resolve any issues that partners face, ensuring a smooth and effective partnership.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in channel sales management within the technology sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of technology products and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
- Familiarity with channel sales processes and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience working in the UAE market is highly desirable.
Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
