About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for supporting distributor partners in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, product selection, training, sales calls, and general commercial support to distributor partners.
  • Work closely with internal resources, such as Product Managers, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to drive sales growth and profit margins.
  • Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business teams.
  • Provide regular status updates and forecast feedback to support the S&OP process.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience selling hydraulic and/or fluid-power products.
  • Proven track record of managing channel sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience selling engineered products.
