Roles and responsibilities
  • Promote both new andexisting exhibitions.
  • Create materials for allsales promotions as well as generating ideas that enhance visitorengagement.
  • Continuously expand and enhance theexhibition database.
  • Reach out to governmentorganizations to explore current and potential markets forexhibitors.
  • Identify and develop sponsorshipand non-space revenue opportunities.
  • Manage ateam of successful sales employees as well as monitor and trackteam sales progress and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Atleast 6 years sales experience in the exhibitionsindustry.
  • You must have extensive knowledge ofthe exhibition industry for this position.
  • YouMUST be a UAE National for thisposition.
  • TeamLeadership: Manage and lead the sales team, settingclear goals and expectations while providing ongoing support andmotivation.

  • SalesStrategy Development: Develop and implementeffective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expandmarketpresence.

  • PerformanceMonitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performancemetrics, providing regular reports to seniormanagement.

  • Coachingand Training: Conduct training sessions and coachingfor team members to improve sales techniques and productknowledge.

  • ClientRelationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients, addressing their needs andconcerns.

  • MarketResearch: Conduct market research to identify newopportunities and trends, adapting strategiesaccordingly.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product development, and otherdepartments to align sales efforts with broader companyinitiatives.

  • SalesForecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets,analyzing historical data to project futureperformance.

  • ProblemSolving: Address challenges and obstacles faced bythe sales team, providing solutions to improve efficiency andeffectiveness.

  • Reporting:Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management,highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas forimprovement.
