  • Responding to breakdowns andrepairs
  • Diagnosing faults (trouble shooting)and completing necessary failure analysisdocumentation
  • Repairing downhole tools andsurface equipment
  • Performing requiremodifications to downhole tools and surfaceequipment
  • Providing technical support whennecessary
  • Obtaining specialist components,fixtures or fittings Managing lab supplies, inventory and equipmentMaintaining repair and maintenance statisticalrecords
  • Perform full service, (disassembly,inspection, assembly, testing, and calibration when required) ofLWD/ RSS/DD tools and sensors.
  • Perform failureanalysis and update analysis in the Reliabilitydatabase.
  • Perform Work Order Requests, WorkOrders, PFTs, TERs, and read and file all techalerts.
  • Complete and collect required servicerecords and documentation, and stores electronic copies online andhard copies in files.
  • Maintain all shopequipment and tools in good workingorder.
  • Assists Technicians, LWD I and LWD II /DD and DD II in their roles whennecessary.
  • Perform various other duties andactivities as assigned by supervisor within the physicalconstraints of the job.
  • Know and understandWeatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of theQuality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures andWorkplace Instructions
  • Must understand andcomply with all safety rules and company policies ofWeatherford

Qualifications

  • Criteria: Minimally 0-1+ yearsrelated experience
