Your Role:

As an Sales Development Representative, you'll be our ambassador in the marketplace, weaving a narrative that brings our brand and services to life.

Imagine yourself engaging with potential clients,pre-dominantly the HR Managers,HR Leaders and Business Owners and understanding their unique talent needs and creating customized talent solutions that help their businesses reach new heights.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Business Development:

Cultivate relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and crafting compelling narratives that position Infinium Associates as the solution.

Your excellent communication skills will not only generate leads but also convert them into long-term partners.

Client Relations:
Build and nurture relationships, understanding the unique narratives of each client. Your empathy and relationship management skills will drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Social Media Management:
Use your storytelling prowess to create engaging content across our social media platforms. Showcase our success stories, highlight our services, and engage with our online community.

What You Bring:

Bachelor'/Master s degree in relevant stream.

Experience in doing business development, client relations and selling executive search and Outsourcing services to corporates in the UAE

Ability to create compelling narratives and translate complex ideas into engaging content.

Proficiency in social media platforms and developing strategic content.

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

A self-starting attitude, with an aptitude for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a must.
