  • Should have 4-5 years UAE experience in similar role in a MEP Contracting company

  • Monitor technical documents review and approval in accordance with agreed plan schedule
  • Monitoring of documentation progress in cooperation with the project in-charge
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
  • Ensuring the use of standardised forms and templates
  • Set-up Projects folders and facilitate Project communication process
  • Strict follow -up on overdue documents and planned submissions for WIR, Letters, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, etc)
  • Rigid follow-up to all sites for status of project documents WIR, Letters, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals
  • Strong Knowledge in Closed Out documentation procedures
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate with Suppliers and other entities
  • Ability to handle site team & obtain results as needed.
  • Establish and maintain the Master Document Register in cooperation with the Project team.
  • Process outgoing project documentations
  • Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
  • Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
  • Managed proper issue of all technical documents, for reference purpose to the Management Staffs and other Technical staff within the company based on the demand
  • Safe custody of company letter head, stamps, Original Contract documents / Agreements of
all Projects & Confidential files.

  • Maintain the documents under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
  • Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support
  • Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards
(documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, recording and archiving)

  • Other ad hoc Secretarial functions and other works assigned from time to time.
