International Sales Coordinator

We are actively seeking to hire ARABIC AND FRENCH SPEAKER
"International Sales coordinator" to work for one of our reputed gas industry located in Dubai.

only Females are eligible for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales manager for managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Introducing new products in the existing and new markets (vertical and horizontal expansion)
- support the manager to lead generation to expand export activities in target markets.

  • Handle the communication with potential customers.
  • Arrange the shipping and required documentation with the different departments.
  • Followup customers and their feedback.
  • Analyzing and improving export commercial performance.
  • Planning marketing activities for the active markets.
  • Prepare detailed studies and reports for export market.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Only females are eligible for this role.
