We are in search of a Sales Operations Coordinator to assist the sales team in achieving their objectives effectively and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes, managing inquiries, and offering essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, creating classified car packages, generating payment links, and facilitating communication among internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support to the sales team by managing inquiries, responding to customer requests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in establishing packages, payment plans, maintaining the client database in the systems, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination to expedite sales processes and effectively resolve issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance sales support processes and procedures, implementing improvements to streamline operations and boost overall efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions, positively reflecting the company's brand and reputation.
  • Schedule and manage photography requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Arabic.
  • A minimum of secondary education.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support and customer support role.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales operations, including knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate across departments to achieve common goals.
