Job Role
Talent Acquisition.
Payroll Management.
Handling on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Coordinating induction training to newly hired employees.
Residence visa and labor card renewals.
Labor Contract Amendments.
Outside and inside country labor and immigration cancellations.
Lease agreements and EJARI yearly renewals.
Labor Signatory Card amendments.
Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visas and cancellations.
Coordinating with the accounts department for the PRO transactions and payments (Cash and online) and payment clearances (Cash and online)
Calling and scheduling Interviews.
Assisting medical and life insurance-related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.
Any other task assigned by Management or HR Head.
Eligibility Criteria
Prior HR experience in the region will be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with different nationalities.
HR-related degrees will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP - HR Module will be an advantage
