Key Responsibilities- HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development programs.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and keep updated on HR best practices.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably within the design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Qualifications: Experience with recruiting for creative and technical roles is highly desirable. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
